Abu-Dhabi housing

The complex characteristics of the site required a comprehensive solution, taking into account the privacy solutions. The resulting building is composed of superimposed layers, developed longitudinally, creating a wide terrace run the entire length of the building to emphasize the horizontal progression of the units separations and by same entities providing an access to the residential units.

the depth on all facades using as an articulation, two bands enclose the structure in a unique geometry gesture, providing order to an otherwise fragmentary façade and serving as the identifying symbol of the building
